SANCTUARY – a home for Frankenstein and The Bride (and Jerry the Beagle)

This was my final project in my Interior Design certificate program at UCLA. We were given the building, and had to design the second floor and its mezzanine. As is my habit (unruly effort), I added the roof and a little of the building exterior to the program.

Since I see Frankenstein and The Bride nearly every single day at work (Universal Studios Hollywood), designing a home for them felt natural and even a little personal.

They were fantastic clients.

(note: Hoot Judkins is a real furniture maker in northern California, but he didn’t actually design my furniture. If this project was real, I’d def give him a call.)
